Good for student housing, bad otherwise

Honestly, the building is really gross. Lots of maintenance issues. Haven't had great interactions with the super across the board.

Pretty good option for students

I enjoy that the location is across the street from the CCNY campus. There's good options for food around, and I enjoy the layout of the apartment itself. It has just about everything a student could need and is a great first apartment.
